Sponsorships
Independent support groups that serve the Down syndrome
community in Southern Arizona will be eligible to apply to
receive funds from SANDS for their operations.
If your group solely serves the
Down syndrome community and is located in Southern Arizona
you can apply to receive funds. Please download the
Application and Memo of Understanding below. Complete
in full and return to SANDS, Grant Committee, PO Box 40100,
Tucson AZ 85717-0100. Both the Application and the
Memo of Understanding must be completed to be considered
for a Grant.
